My Students

I have the joy of teaching a great range of different people, of all ages, from all over the world. Teaching different people means different expectations, and voices that sound nothing alike. My students all have their own needs regarding their singing and their own musical and singing preferences, from rock to RnB, from extreme singing to rapping. I've been having singing classes with Kat for almost 6 months. I'm enjoying so much going to class with her once a week! My goal is to get to know my voice, have fun, understand how it all works; and Kat is amazing for adapting her exercises to your level! She is supporting me in my comfort zone and also challenging me enough to evolve a bit more each time we meet. She is gifted with patience and humour, I can tell. You'll always get the meaning of the exercise she's asking you to do, which helps having an overview of what's happening in class. Thanks again Kat for all those breathing breaks in my week! :)

Singing is an experience. My aim is to make this your journey. Here, in the safe place I have created for my students, you can try anything you want, discover your limits, and break through them. Make a list of all your favourite songs and favourite artists, make a list of your goals and dreams for your singing. Or just bring yourself, and explore. It's up to you.

If you’re still in doubt if singing can even be taught, or if it is something you are capable of - I'll say.

Everyone can sing. Every voice is beautiful. Not all singing needs to be beautiful. Singing is about releasing emotions.
