Experience / Qualifications

Kat is a patient and caring teacher with professional vocal training in contemporary music and a certificate of vocal coaching and music education from the S.Mazis Foundation.

With a rich mezzo-soprano voice with a range of 4 and a half octaves ( D#2 - F#6 ), she will be able to demonstrate anything you will be practising, exercises or songs. 
Specially qualified in ornamentation and blending techniques, and melismatic singing style with a unique approach inspired by a mixture of singing traditions. 

Her focus is on cultivating a unique voice in every student, based on strong foundations and tailored to their individual gift.

She is a singer and songwriter with proven experience in professional recordings and live performances for the last 11 years and a full-length album as the lead singer and manager of the alternative rock band Negative Contrast.
Currently singing and songwriting in a metal band and experimenting with the art of throat singing and voice acting.
